  of the correct conductor order is done before crimping so no   connector is wasted because of incorrect wiring.
• The conductors can be pulled forward so the pairs are very   close to the contacts - ensuring the integrity of the pairs to   maintain Cat 5 and Cat5E capabilities.
• Can be crimped with most of any standard tool, then trimmed   with a cutter or small utility knife.
